Accessibility Statement
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Last updated: August 2026
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That's the standard commonly used to judge whether a website is usable by people with disabilities.
What we've done
This site has been built and reviewed with the following in mind:
- Text and interface colors are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios, including button labels, links, and text over colored backgrounds.
- Every page has a “skip to main content” link and a single main landmark, so keyboard and screen reader users are not forced through the whole navigation on every page.
- All interactive elements have a clearly visible focus indicator, including on dark backgrounds.
- The site is operable by keyboard alone. The services menu opens on keyboard focus as well as on hover, and the mobile menu can be closed with the Escape key.
- Form fields have properly associated labels, required fields are marked both visually and in code, and fields carry autocomplete hints.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text, and images that are purely decorative are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Headings follow a logical order, and page structure uses real landmarks rather than styling alone.
- Tap targets meet minimum size guidance on touch devices.
- Animation and smooth scrolling are disabled automatically for anyone whose device requests reduced motion.
- The site reflows and remains usable when zoomed or viewed on small screens.
Known limitations
We would rather tell you what's imperfect than claim the site is flawless:
- Some content is delivered through third-party services, including call tracking. We do not control the accessibility of third-party code.
- Cost tables are wide and scroll horizontally within their own container on small screens.
- We review accessibility when the site changes, but new content can introduce issues before we catch them. If you find one, please tell us.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know. Contact us at [email protected] or call 385-354-6046. It helps if you can tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology or browser you were using. Tell us either way though, even if you can't provide those details.
We aim to respond to accessibility reports promptly and to fix confirmed problems as quickly as we reasonably can.
Getting the information another way
If you can't access something on this site, we'll give you the information another way. Call 385-354-6046 and we'll talk you through it, or send it in whatever format works for you.
